Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly return or exchange your footwear within 14 days of the original purchase, if they are not worn, in the original box, and with your receipt.

Cash or Check purchases will be refunded with a check from our business office within 5 -7 business days. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the account of the credit card that you used to make the original purchase. 

Returns from day 15 – 30 will be given store credit in the form of a gift card for the original purchasing price. 

Any returns after 30 days will be given store credit for the current in store price. All returns must be unworn, salable and in the original box to be accepted.

Shoes must be in the original box and in the same condition as when they were purchased. There should be no evidence of wear, no stains on cork foot-beds (please wear socks), nor evidence of soil on the shoes in any way.

We cannot accept returns of final clearance items. 

We handle returns in a timely manner, usually the day they are received. When you actually see the refund in your account would depend on your personal bank policy.

Please remember it is necessary to use an outer box for shipping to protect the inner package. Please do not tape or label the shoe box itself. In the box, please include a note with your name and instructions, such as informing us if you would like an exchange, or if it is a return.

If at any time you receive shoes from us that are flawed in any way, please notify us immediately by email and we will immediately send you a return label. A replacement pair will be sent out to you as soon as the defective pair arrives at our store.
